Special Valentine’s Day Menu

Chef Matt Carter has taken time to carefully prepare a delicious multi-course prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day. Available for $85 per person, this four-course experience will surprise your tastebuds. Enjoy a first course option like our signature tableside caesar salad or a fresh hamachi crudo. Next, dine on dishes such as our oxtail ravioli, garganelli with truffle butter, spek and parmesan cheese, or meatballs with San Marzano tomato. The climax of the culinary story will come to a point with your choice of main course options such as king salmon, Maine diver scallops, Creekstone Filetto, short rib alla vaccinara or pork saltimbocca. And for a grand finale of sorts, the delicious journey will come to an ending with dessert offerings including our Italian meringue Meyer lemon tart, mascarpone vanilla bean panna cotta, amaranto or bronte pistachio gelato or a delectable tiaramisu.

Sommelier Wine Pairings

We are proud to offer an extensive, globe-straddling list of international wines as well as classic Italian aperitifs and digestifs, all of which are overseen by our in-house sommelier. On February 14, our sommelier will be offering pairings upon request that are perfectly suited to Chef Carter’s special Valentine’s Day menu. Additionally, we will be offering a complimentary glass of bubbles with each prix fixe dinner.
