Enjoy these Sizzlin' Summer Specials

Whether you’re enjoying a staycation, traveling to Scottsdale on business or simply looking for an excuse not to cook, we’ve got you covered with these specials that allow you to experience Fat Ox’s Modern Italian cuisine, hand-crafted cocktails and international wine selection for less this summer.

Chef/owner Matt Carter and Executive Chef Rochelle Daniel have created a 3-course Sunset Menu which offers you a several choices of appetizer, entrée and dessert for only $45 per person (plus tax and tip). For your first course, select one of five options including mozzarella di bufala with charred bitter greens, cara cara orange, olives and a garlic-honey vinaigrette; veal meatballs served with Giusto polenta; or one of our handcrafted pastas. Then, choose one of four entrée such as Narragansett Dayboat scallops or 1/2 brick-grilled organic chicken. Finally, our dessert offerings are perfect for summer with meyer lemon mousse and bronte pistachio or ameretto gelato. With so many options, you can dine all summer long and never have the same meal.

To make your dining experience complete, our in-house sommelier has suggested a by-the-glass selection for each dish from our international wine and digestif collection. The Sunset Menu is available from 5-7 pm in the dining room only through September 15.

In the bar and lounge, we’re hosting Apertivo Hour All Night. That means you can enjoy a specially-priced selection of hand-crafted cocktails, wines, beers and food from 4:30 to close every night. Try our in-house barrel-aged cocktail of the month or a Fat Ox Old Fashioned from our team of expert mixologists. Or sample our Linz Prime beef tartare or grilled Calabrian shrimp.
