Easter Brunch just got a delectable Italian makeover. This holiday, we are celebrating with an antipasto buffet and dessert bar, Italian-influenced brunch fare and sparkling cocktails. Why not begin a new Easter tradition with your family at Fat Ox this year?

Our Special Easter Brunch Menu

Chef Matt Carter handcrafted our first-annual Easter Brunch menu which includes a myriad of savory and sweet bites, from the antipasto buffet which will include the finest imported meats, cheeses, and vegetables as well as a variety of fresh baked breakfast breads from the kitchen of the local bakery, Tammie Coe.

Special entrees like the Cacio e Pepe Scramble with Noble Bread, parmesan cheese, and San Daniele prosciutto as well as the Short Rib Vaccinara Benedict with poached farm egg, Noble Bread, red wine mostarda, and parsley are sure to be crowd favorites for savory-loving palates. Additional entrees including Chef’s Tuscan Baked Beans with smoked fennel sausage and his Creminelli Coppa Benedit will also be available on the Easter Brunch menu.

And sweet tooth’s are bound to enjoy Chef Carter’s Banana Ricotta Pancakes with preserved lemon and Amaro maple syrup. Chef has also prepared a decadent dessert and pastry bar for the occasion.

Springtime Sparkling Cocktails

In addition to Chef’s offerings, Thomas Burris and our talented bar staff has prepared a series of speciality cocktails to go along with our Easter Brunch offerings. Enjoy a sparkling cocktail, or enjoy a classic barrel-aged libation with us this holiday.
