Bartender’s Choice: 3 Day Weekend

This brightly-pigmented cocktail could be the official
color of spring. It’s cheery orange hue is complemented by blood
orange garnishes that add just enough contrast that make it easily
photographable, but just as drinkable. Fat Ox’s bartender, Conor
Cook, shared the recipe for this pretty little drink, called the
Three Day Weekend, so you can make it at home.

1 oz. Bulleit Rye
1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. Lillet Rose
Dash of rhubarb bitters
Splash of Prosecco

Combine all ingredients, except the Prosecco, and
shake.

Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice and add top it off
with a splash of Prosecco and viola, you’ve got yourself a Three
Day Weekend.
